Here’s the weird part: Every time I run fstrim , my Bluetooth mouse stutters exactly 2.3 seconds later. Also, after partitioning with GPT, I found a 47MB “OEM reserved” partition labeled 8LIECH_REC . Can’t delete it. Can’t read it. dd returns only repeating hex: 0x8C 0x0A 0x00 0xFF .
Oh, and the device shows up in lspci as “8L Storage Controller (rev SC)” — but rev SC isn’t in any PCI SIG database. 8liech-sc-ssd
I formatted the drive with zeroes overnight. Next morning? Partition was back. Same content.
