The U-Bahn was 12 minutes late – no announcement. Then it was so overcrowded that people couldn’t get off at their stop. When I finally arrived at my connecting station, the S-Bahn (also BVG-run on that line) left 2 minutes early. Total delay: 25 minutes. So if you’ve had a bad BVG experience
