Without the Heartcloth, magic becomes chaotic. Armor rusts instantly, robes unravel, and boots lose their grip. Lord Ripsnarl plans to stitch the fragments into a “Null-Mantle,” a garment that will erase all other magic, leaving him as the sole source of power.
