To Unblock On Skype ((install)): How

Scroll down and tap Privacy .

Click on Settings (the three dots "..." next to your profile picture, then select Settings).

Click on View blocked contacts .

Open the Skype app and log into your account.

Click on Privacy in the left sidebar.

You will see a list of everyone you have blocked. Find the person you want to unblock.
