MOTOTRBO CPS is powerful but painful. It gets the job done reliably if you respect its quirks, but the licensing model and archaic UI are frustrating even by radio industry standards. If you only need occasional programming, consider hiring a local dealer. If you manage a fleet, dedicate a PC just for CPS and keep meticulous version notes.
