AK realizes the guns are missing. He doesn’t shout – he smiles. Then he beheads a traitor with a carpet cutter in slow motion. Meanwhile, Guddu and Bablu hide the guns in a carpet warehouse. Beena secretly sends a text to SP Vijju: "Guns at Loom Nagar. Frame Munna." The game begins.

In the gritty carpet-weaving hub of Mirzapur, two reckless brothers steal a consignment of illegal arms meant for the city’s most feared don, accidentally igniting a war that will decide the next king of the ghats.

Munna escapes police custody (with Vijju’s help). He kidnaps Bablu. Guddu, high on alcohol and revenge, attacks AK’s fort with only 5 men. He fails. Bablu is shot in front of Guddu. Beena reveals her true plan: she wants Mirzapur for her unborn child. She poisons AK’s tea lightly (non-lethal, paralytic). AK, unable to move, watches as Beena calls Guddu. Guddu arrives with the 50 guns and an army of loom workers. Munna confronts Guddu in the courtyard. Final fight: Guddu vs. Munna – carpet knives vs. iron rods.

Bablu uses his legal knowledge to create fake documents showing Munna bought the guns. Guddu wants to kill Munna directly. Beena seduces Guddu (night scene, rain, sari – MX Player style) and convinces him to wait. Munna, paranoid, kills one of his own men by mistake. AK watches from a window, saying nothing. Guddu kills Munna by pushing him into a carpet-stitching machine (graphic but quick cut). Beena kills AK with a pillow, whispering "Carpet ab mera hoga." SP Vijju arrests Guddu but is shot by Beena’s men. Last scene: Beena sits on AK’s throne, wearing his kurta, holding the baby. Guddu, now a fugitive, watches from a boat on the Ganges. Voiceover from Bablu (from Episode 1): "Mirzapur mein teen cheezein kabhi kam nahi hoti – goli, kapda, aur dhokha." (In Mirzapur, three things never run out – bullets, cloth, and betrayal.)

SP Vijju raids AK’s factory, finds one gun. AK bribes him with 2 crores and a future MLA seat. Vijju releases AK but arrests Munna. Guddu and Bablu celebrate too early. Bablu warns: "Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi, namumkin hai." AK sends a death threat via carpet delivery – a human finger woven into the fabric. Meanwhile, Guddu and Bablu hide the guns in
