If you were a teenager in the mid-2000s trying to edit your MySpace photos or a parent trying to remove red-eye from holiday pictures, Nero PhotoSnap was your gateway drug to digital imaging.
Unlike its bloated cousin, Nero Vision (video editing), PhotoSnap was a lean, mean, photo-fixing machine. It wasn't trying to compete with the GIANTS like Adobe. Instead, it targeted the "average user" who found layers and masks intimidating. It offered simple tabbed editing: QuickFix, Effect, Crop, Rotate, and Resize.
