1. Executive Summary Snip & Sketch (officially known as Snip & Sketch , now being replaced by the Snipping Tool in Windows 11) is a screenshot utility built into Windows 10 and early Windows 11. Unlike the legacy Snipping Tool, Snip & Sketch introduced an annotation interface and a default auto-save behavior.
