Help finding: InstallShield Limited Edition for VS2012

I am looking for the specific Setup.exe for the LE edition compatible with VS2012, not the trial of the Professional edition.

I know this is old, but I have to support a VS2012 project. The official "Get InstallShield LE" button inside VS2012 just takes me to a dead Flexera page (404/redirect).
